A Wichita native, entrepreneur, communicator and community builder, Christina has built her career at the intersection of storytelling, entrepreneurship and inclusive economic opportunity.
As the Founder and Principal Consultant of
CML Collective, LLC, Christina helps organizations translate ideas into meaningful communication, compelling experiences and strategies that move people toward action. Since founding the firm in 2013, she has partnered with businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, educational institutions and community organizations across North America to tell stories, build connections and advance initiatives that matter.
Her commitment to entrepreneurship as a catalyst for community transformation led her to establish Create Campaign, Inc. in 2015 and serve as its founding President/CEO for 11 years. There, Christina built a network of resources, business capital and support that served more than 1,500 diverse entrepreneurs across the Midwest.
Christina credits her foundation in journalism for the ability to inspire change through connection. She served as the Cultural Affairs Reporter for The Wichita Eagle, among other news publications in Kansas.
Christina has been recognized through numerous honors including Ingram’s Magazine’s 50 Kansans You Should Know, the Kansas Department of Commerce Minority Business Advocate of the Year, the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce Exceptional Young Leader Award, among others. But Christina measures her impact less by the accolades and more by the people whose possibilities have expanded along the way.
Jonathan M. Long
Lead Strategist
Jonathan Long architects outcomes while operating at the intersection of strategy and culture. His work turns ideas into action and actions into impact.
As the Senior Vice President of Community Development for the Tulsa Regional Chamber, Long serves on the organization’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and leads the organization’s efforts around community vitality — a portfolio that encompasses downtown vibrancy, inclusion, public safety, homelessness, housing, planning the organization’s annual intercity visit and the advancement of young professionals. His leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: Craft a vision. Build alignment. Champion execution.
Long earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Jennings A. Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University, holds a Mini MPA Certificate from the Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs at Wichita State University, and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Anne Dewvall
Communications Strategist & Content Creator
Anne is a seasoned strategist and writer with fifteen years of experience in entrepreneurship and economic development, having worked previously as a Director at the Kansas Center for Entrepreneurship, where she excelled in training and program development, focusing on building entrepreneurship capacity in rural and underserved communities and expanding programs for youth, rural, women, and minority-led businesses. The Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge Series she founded now serves more than 1,000 students a year.
Most recently, she led Kansas Global’s market research department, serving as Associate Vice President and interim CEO. She graduated from Fort Hays State University with a master’s degree in English literature and a B.A. in history from Wichita State University.
A native Kansan, who now resides in State College, Pennsylvania, Anne enjoys hiking, the arts, and travel.
