Christina M. Long

Owner/Principal Consultant

Christina Long is a business leader and community-builder who is passionate about inclusive economic impact through entrepreneurship.

 

Long is a native of Wichita, Kansas; a Wichita State University graduate and owner of CML Collective, LLC, a strategic communications and design firm. She is also the founding President/CEO of Create Campaign, Inc., a small business development nonprofit she established to help urban entrepreneurs in the Midwest to launch, innovate and grow. Long began her career in communications with the Wichita Eagle.

 

Long serves on the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s board and the Public Policy and Management Center at Wichita State University’s board. She has earned numerous honors including being named among 50 Kansans Who You Should Know by Ingram’s Magazine, among other accolades. Long is married to Jonathan.

 

The couple has three brilliant children, Amarah, Malcolm and Jordyn and their first grandchild, Riley.

Jonathan Long architects outcomes while operating at the intersection of strategy and culture. His work turns ideas into action and actions into impact.


As the Senior Vice President of Community Development for the Tulsa Regional Chamber, Long serves on the organization’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and leads the organization’s efforts around community vitality — a portfolio that encompasses downtown vibrancy, inclusion, public safety, homelessness, housing, planning the organization’s annual intercity visit and the advancement of young professionals. His leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: Craft a vision. Build alignment. Champion execution.


Long earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Jennings A. Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University, holds a Mini MPA Certificate from the Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs at Wichita State University, and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
