Staffed office hours in the community allowing residents to drop in or communicate virtually -- in English and Spanish -- with project team members
-
Supported the reformatting of public meetings from lecture-style to interactive display booths allowing project team members and residents to dissect specific components of the project and to discuss individual concerns allowing for greater understanding
